Due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19, the persistent uncertainty on travel restrictions, and physical distancing requirements, the congress has been transformed into a virtual congress.

The congress will be held using the Cisco Webex Meetings web conferencing application. The Short Communications & Poster Open Forum will be hosted on the REMO Conference platform. Details on how to access the online platforms are available in this page and will be available before the congress to registered participants through their personal reserved area.

All the attendees and the presenters will receive an e-mail from the Congress Secretariat regarding the participation, the instructions and the links to connect to the daily sessions.

The meeting could be joined through the desktop application, using mobile app or through web app, without installing any software or plug-ins on your computer. Please be aware that the web app is best for participants who don't need to present. To present and share your screen is better to install desktop app.

REMO Conference

Each table will host one or more posters presented by the same person in each session. The conveners will have the chance to move among the tables and talk with the people sitting at the same poster table. The posters will be uploaded by the organizers on the whiteboard of each table at the beginning of the conference.

The conveners are warmly invited to visit the poster page on the website and vote their favorite posters of each session before September 16th, by filling the google form that the organizers will soon send to all conveners. The first three classified posters of each session will have a two minutes presentation during the "Short Communications & Poster Open Forum" of their scientific session.
